2. Products & Bespoke Orders

  • Standard Products: All products offered on this website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Work: Items crafted on demand, bespoke commissions, or limited-edition pieces cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of order placement. Taxes, shipping costs, and duty fees are calculated at checkout or billed separately where applicable.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

We ship nationally and internationally. Delivery lead times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and production cycles. For international deliveries, any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Damage in Transit

All parcels must be inspected upon delivery. Any damage incurred during transport must be documented with photos of both the packaging and the item, and reported to gwladysfaye.design@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns & Consumer Rights

  • Australia: Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • EU / International: Statutory consumer rights apply according to local regulations, including a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard, non-customized online purchases.

  • Conditions: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping expenses are borne by the customer unless the product is proven defective upon arrival.

All product designs, drawings, photographs, branding elements, and technical documentation displayed on this site remain the exclusive intellectual property of Gwladys Faye. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
